to get help when there are problems with the service If you think there’s a problem with the Bigstep.com service here’s a list of phone numbers and pager aliases that will help you find the right person. These numbers are for INTERNAL
USE ONLY. Please do NOT distribute any of this information to anyone
outside the company! Please follow the steps until you contact someone. Step 1 – Fill out the form located at http://kbbl/dept/it/help.asp. Step 2 – If you do not receive a response, please
check the grid below for who is on-call and
contact them directly by referring to the contact list. Step 3 – If you are unable to reach anyone, please contact Paul Mickelsen
or Matt Raines. Step 4 – If you are unable to reach Paul or Matt, please contact George Peterson. Step 5 – As a last resort, send an email to dcalerts@bigstep.net and this will page all of the Operations staff.
