FIRST FRIDAY BBQs

BBQs will take place on the First Friday of each month & Bigstep.com will go all out for this event.

Teams, groups and friends can plan the food, drinks, themes, and entertainment.� (These last 2 are optional).

The Facilities team will provide the resources and help coordinate ordering, payment, and setting up of tables, space, utensils, etc.�

Things to keep in mind:�

Please include vegetarian choices for meals.
Kegs (several varieties to choose from) can be ordered from Beverages & More, but will need to be ordered 9 days in advance to ensure delivery.
Clean up (putting food and drinks away & returning tables and chairs to their original locations) is part of the BBQ host's responsibility.
Security- hosts must remain on-site until all non-Bigstep.com attendees have left the party. Facilities & Security will limit access to other floors & suites.

Signing up:

Sign ups will take place within the first 2 weeks of the month prior to the BBQ date of your choice. You can see Pamela B. for the available dates. First come, first served. However, BBQs on off-weeks are still encouraged, but in order to receive assistance from the Facilities team, you'll need to let Pamela know at least a week in advance.

Planners should have an idea of what they would like to order (food wise) so that the facilities team can plan ahead to accommodate any special orders.
